APG|SGA installs Europe’s highest Mountain ePanels on the Jungfraujoch – Top of Europe
APG|SGA, a long-standing partner of Jungfraubahnen, has successfully finished installing ten new Mountain ePanels on the Jungfraujoch – Top of Europe. The new digital advertising spaces at 3,454 metres above sea level offer advertisers a unique opportunity to position their messages in one of Switzerland’s most important tourist destinations. The highest railway station in Europe attracts over a million international and domestic guests every year and offers a breathtaking view of the Aletsch Glacier, UNESCO World Heritage Site and the longest ice stream in the Alps.
The location of the Mountain ePanel is spectacular. Eight 55-inch Mountain ePanels can now be found in the connecting tunnel, which takes all visitors to the Sphinx Terrace. These screens were installed directly on the rock with special brackets. On the Sphinx at the exit to the terrace, guests encounter two unmissable 75-inch ePanels before enjoying a magnificent view of the most monumental glacier in the Alps.
The contract extension between APG|SGA and Jungfraubahnen was announced in May of this year. The new marketing contract enabled APG|SGA to consolidate its position in the Jungfrau region and further expand advertising opportunities for its customers. More than 200 analogue and digital communication solutions are now available in the region, including the newly installed digital ePanels, which run on 100% renewable energy. The advertising spaces at the “Top of Europe” allow brands to present their messages in an exclusive and unique environment that attracts high numbers of visitors all year round.
With a digital portfolio of 45 portrait Mountain ePanels (55–70 inch) and 41 landscape Mountain Screens (46 inch), APG|SGA also offers a wide network in other well-known destinations, enabling advertisers to reach a number of exclusive target groups in Switzerland’s most popular tourist regions.
