APG|SGA facilitates smart poster campaign planning

APG|SGA is extending and stepping up its cooperation with AFO Marketing, the specialist for geomarketing in central Switzerland: over 30,000 location addresses are now available, making it possible to address specific target groups precisely.

"Out of Home targeting" is the service from APG|SGA that facilitates smart deselection and area selection of poster spaces according to location features. Messages can thus be placed precisely at the points of sale (POS) and points of interest (POI).

In cooperation with AFO Marketing, APG|SGA operates a central database that keeps over 30,000 location addresses along the major distribution channels throughout Switzerland up-to-date and defined down to the nearest metre. This is the basis for modern geomarketing: target groups are addressed specifically using poster campaigns – both using classic POS channels such as Coop and Migros, as well as in locations close to pharmacies and drugstores, banks or ATMs, schools, cinemas and swimming pools plus other points of interest (POI).
