Draft Merger Agreement

In accordance with the article 497 par. 1 of the Law on Business Companies, we inform you that the merger procedure is in progress between  the companies Air Media doo, trade and service company, Belgrade, Dositejeva 20, International Metropolis Media doo, marketing company, Belgrade, Dositejeva 20/III; Europlakat YU, Belgrade, Dositejeva 20/III and Novatel Media doo,  marketing,services and trade company, Belgrade,  Dositejeva 20, as the Acquired Companies,  and  the business company for trade and services Alma Quattro doo, Beograd, Dositejeva 20, as the Acquiring Company.
