Christian Kauter is to remain CEO of Affichage Holding S.A.

Christian Kauter, Delegate of the Board of Directors and CEO of Affichage Holding S.A., is to continue in his position at the head of the Group. At the request of the Board of Directors, he has agreed to go back on his decision to retire in 2009 aged 62, an option that would normally be open to him as an employee of the company.
