Paron AG produces first Big Poster in Switzerland with 3D effects

The first Big Poster in Switzerland with 3D effects can now be admired outside the Drachen-Center in Basel. Together with its partner FIAT, Paron – a subsidiary of Affichage Holding – has produced the poster, which represents a milestone in communication technology. The company have made advertising «tangible» in the truest sense of the word.

«Daddy, look! Someone's stuck some cars to an advertising board!». Passers-by may well smile to themselves at reactions of this kind as they pass the newest Big Poster in 3D at the Drachen-Center in Basel.

FIAT, in collaboration with Paron, is using the poster in its campaign to promote its newest model, the Fiat 500, from 8 September 2008 to 5 October 2008. A total of 7 full size Fiat 500s twist and turn over the 420m2 poster and give the onlooker the (false) impression, that real cars have been stuck to the advertising board.

«The Fiat 500 is selling very well in Switzerland. This interesting poster campaign helps us to achieve our goal of drawing attention to both the Fiat 500 and the FIAT brand and to use this unconventional format to make ourselves the talk of the town. This goal has been achieved thanks to our successful cooperation with Paron,» says Timo Di Pardo, Communications Manager at FIAT.
